Currently I am a student at Penn State University, majoring in Aerospace Engineering. One of my interests which should be obvious is aviation. I'm not quite sure how this came to be, except that I was interested as a young child. Another big interest of mine is animation. I've loved 'cartoons' since the very early years of my life. Among my favorites are the old Warner Bros. toons because of their quality, timeless humor, and the fact that they were made for everyone adults and kids alike. My all time favorite cartoon during my childhood was ThunderCats. What can I say? It was a great show. I grew up on it. Later, I would discover anime, which embodies the fact that animation is not just for children, and can have awesome action along with complelling storylines. I am a big Pittsburgh Penguins fan, and enjoy playing rollerhockey when I can get the chance. I also enjoy web design and multimedia creation. I sorta fell into these by accident. Started by learning bits and peices of HTML and then it all kinda went from there.
How I Became Involved With Thorax:
Back in spring of 1997, I found out that ThunderCats was airing again on cartoon network. Since this was favorite show as a kid, i decided to punch in #thundercats on IRC to see if the channel was already established. Nope. I decided I'd stay there for a while and eventually some days later, people started to trickle in. I met Stalfos some time later in #thundercats. A few years later, he asked me if i would make some credit graphics for an anime music video that he was making with bakashinji. I agreed, and ever since i've been making graphics here and have put together the bulk of the html for antabaka.net
How I Know the Thorax Crew:
Like I said previously, I met Stalfos in #thundercats on IRC and we've become friends. We've worked together on minor projects here and there before thorax entertainment/antabaka.net came along. Stalf is pretty dependable when you need to get shit done.
I met bakashinji thru stalfos back when they started working on the 'Your Horoscope' AMV. It was eventually decided that videos would go under the name "Thorax Entertainment" and the website would be antabaka.net. shinji is very bright (altho he humbly insists he's not) and highly opinionated.
I knew xelger since the age of about 7, as he was my next door neighbor for a long time. We'd run around, make weapons, and generally get into trouble. He introduced me to computers back in the day. x is smarter than he lets on, but lacks motivation.
Armiatge just kinda came out of nowhere. Perhaps armi is just a troubled youth, somewhat of an enigma.
